About Us

Trout Lake Club was founded in 1924 by the Roden Family, and has been family owned and operated ever since.

Our idea of a family vacation at Trout Lake Club is built around the idea of providing a complete vacation that the entire family can enjoy. We are a pet friendly resort and welcome families to bring well behaved pets along to enjoy the vacation.

Our vacationers create lifelong friendships at Trout Lake Club, and return each year to reconnect with their “Trout Lake Club Family,” and leave with memories to last a lifetime. With our driveway being a half mile long, and with limited WiFi/cell phone service, we like to encourage people to escape into a part of the Adirondacks that can provide a relaxing retreat, and good old fashioned outdoor fun!

Andrew Roden

Andrew (Andy) Roden is part of the fourth generation of Roden’s at Trout Lake Club, and handles maintenance and general operations.

Amanda Roden Scheidegger

Amanda Roden Scheidegger is part of the fifth generation of Roden’s at Trout Lake Club and manages cottage reservations.

Jay Roden

Jay Roden is part of the fifth generation of Roden’s at Trout Lake Club and handles maintenance and general operations.
